♡ Healthy snacks and drinks ideas ♡

Today I've decided to show you a quick blog post about some easy and healthy snacks and drinks. These are just simple recipes that you can all do at home. As summer is nearly here, I'm trying to eat more fruits in order to be healthy. I found most of this recipes online or on Pinterest and trust me they're all delicious. Drinks are also really important during summer time as you have to stay hydrated.
  1. Bowl of cereals with fruits
I think this is the easiest recipe ever ! You just need to add some fresh fruits such as kiwis, bananas or strawberries to your cereals and you are ready to go.

  1. Smoothies
Well, summer for me is all about smoothies ! I mean it's a really easy way to eat fruits during summer. For example, my favorite one is a smoothie banana/strawberries. Again, it's super simple.
Ingredients :
 6-7 strawberries
1 banana
1 yogurt
a little bit of sugar (if you want)

  1. Fruits infusions
If you're like me and you struggle with drinking at least 1 liter of water per day, I think this is the easiest way to do it. Recently, I've been trying to encourage myself to drink a lot more. Thanks to Pinterest and some other blog posts online, I've found a lot of great ideas for drinks and more especially with fruits infusions and detox water. I really like them as they add a flavour to your water.

Ingredients :
6 pieces of watermelon
Half a lemon

  1. Detox water
Lemons lemons lemons. This is my favorite drink during summer time. Lemon juice is a real cleanser for your body and it'll help you to lose weight. I found this recipe very convenient for a hot day as this is also really refreshing. You can also add a few mint leaves to this beverage.

Ingredients :
1 lemon
Mint leaves
Ice cubes
  1. Avocado toasts
This recipe is, in my opinion, the perfect breakfast and snack. If you like you can also add a soft-boiled egg or a poached egg with this. Plus, avocado may help to lose weight and it's loaded with nutrients.

Ingredients :
1 avocado
2 slices of bread
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

  1. Oats breakfast
This is an awesome breakfast idea for summer. You just need oats and then you can add whatever you want. I like to throw some bananas or strawberries on top of this but you can also choose blueberries, raspberries or kiwis. I also like to add yogurt and honey with this.

Ingredients :
A mix of oats, wheats, rye, barley and muesli
1 banana
Strawberries/ Blueberries / Raspberries
1 yogurt or more
a spoon of honey

  1. Dried fruits
When I don't want to eat tons of chocolate or sweets I like to choose some dried fruits as an afternoon snack.
  1. Smoked salmon bagel
I think I can eat this all day long. This recipe is so easy to make and it's really nourishing.

Ingredients :
1 sesame bagel
cream cheese
2 slices of smoked salmon
a little bit of dill
lemon juice
salad (optional)
cherry tomatoes (optional)
